Bulut Bağcı is the President of the World Tourism Forum Institute (WTFI) and a globally recognized entrepreneur, strategist, and thought leader in sustainable travel, economic diplomacy, and innovation. A graduate of Boğaziçi University and Harvard Business School, he has led WTFI to become a premier global platform convening world leaders, CEOs, and investors at forums in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Bağcı is the creator of the World Tourism Awards and founder of the Tourism CEO Club. He has been appointed Honorary Councillor of Gabon, authored multiple books on tourism and leadership, and is widely followed for his insights on global cooperation. His mission is to position tourism as a transformative force for peace, prosperity, sustainability, and cultural exchange.
