The Honourable Farah Mohamed is a Canadian Senator, global advocate for youth and gender equity, and former CEO of the Malala Fund and King’s Trust Canada—His Majesty King Charles III’s flagship charity. She is the founder of G(irls)20 (now Fora), a movement empowering young women as global leaders. Born in Uganda and raised in Canada as a refugee, Farah has spent over 30 years shaping inclusive public policy and leading social change. A sought-after speaker and board leader, she brings sharp insight to economic empowerment, gender equity, and education. She holds an MA and honorary LLD from Western University, and is a recipient of the Meritorious Service Medal and King Charles III Coronation Medal.
