Youth & Education

Empowering the Next Generation Through Learning, Leadership, and Opportunity

Overview

The Youth & Education Division of Faces of Impact champions access to education, youth empowerment, and intergenerational leadership across every region of the world. From refugee classrooms to indigenous schools, we support initiatives that equip young people not only to learn—but to lead.

We believe education is the seed of transformation, and youth are the architects of the future.

Our Focus Areas

  • Universal Education Access – Tackling barriers to basic education in underserved communities

  • Educator Empowerment – Supporting teachers with training, resources, and recognition

  • Digital Equity – Bridging the digital divide through access to devices, internet, and STEAM education

  • Youth Leadership – Elevating student voices, civic action, and future changemakers

  • Innovation in Learning – Piloting new models of education, including mobile classrooms and peer-to-peer mentorship

Why It Matters

Over 260 million children worldwide are out of school. Many more are in classrooms but left behind. Inequality, war, migration, and gender barriers continue to undermine the promise of education. The Youth & Education Division brings visibility and support to educators, learners, and reformers working at the frontlines of systemic change.
