He has led major SCM innovation initiatives at Manhattan Associates, L’Oréal, and Resources Global Professionals, and currently serves as President of SOLE Taiwan and Georgia Tech’s Asia-Pacific Director. A pioneer of the SCOR model and expert in global supply chain transformation, he brings strategic insight, operational excellence, and a commitment to advancing sustainability, education, and digital innovation across the logistics industry. As a longtime advisor and educator, Chan has trained hundreds of logistics professionals and helped shape policy dialogues across the region.
