Victor Del Vecchio

Victor Del Vecchio is a Brazilian international law expert, human rights consultant, and environmental advocate. With a Master’s in Public International Law from USP, he has advised UN Migration, local governments, and NGOs on human rights, climate policy, and migration law. Victor is a co-founder of Bastos & Del Vecchio, a legal firm specializing in immigration and impact project consultancy. He has led due diligence on human rights risks across Latin America, coordinated advocacy strategies for refugee and Indigenous rights, and contributes regularly to national media on international policy. A Youth Climate Leaders fellow and LACLIMA member, Victor merges legal expertise with grassroots action to champion systemic change in Latin America and beyond.
