Prof. Dr. Gabriele Pao-Pei Andreoli, MD, is a distinguished academic, humanitarian leader, and global diplomat. He serves as President of the Institute for Advanced Studies and Cooperation and President of Ethical AI within the Italian League for Human Rights, and is Liaison Representative to the Pontifical Academy of Theology in Vatican City. He advises the Minister of Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Albania, and has counselled governments, international organizations, and universities on humanitarian law, ethics, and innovation. Founder of the World Changers Summit and the Quantum Balkan Initiative, he bridges diplomacy, technology, and humanitarian action to advance peace, ethics, and sustainable development worldwide.
