Heather Odendaal is an award-winning Canadian entrepreneur, event producer, and advocate for women's leadership. She is the Founder and CEO of WNORTH, a global membership network working to close the gender power gap by supporting mid-career women on the path to senior leadership. Since founding it in 2015, she has grown the community to more than 1,700 members and hosted over 400 events across North America and the UK. She was named a Changemaker by The Globe and Mail's Report on Business in 2022, a Top Female Founder by FoundersBeta in 2025, and one of Canada's Most Influential Event Professionals by BizBash. She is also CEO of Bluebird, a destination management company, and has produced flagship events for YPO and the Vancouver 2010 Olympics.
