Juan Diego Grisales is a Latino entrepreneur and the founder of a South Florida Latin food manufacturing company, which he built from the production floor to national retail distribution. A licensed skydiver, he understands that most things worth building require committing before the outcome is certain.

As a director of Faces of Impact, he brings an operator's discipline to the Foundation's stewardship — ensuring the resources entrusted to it are managed with the same care as the stories it documents. He is drawn to the belief at the center of the Foundation's work: that the people quietly doing the work of change deserve to be seen, understood, and remembered.
