Eleonora Tornatore-Mikesh is the President & CEO of CaringKind, New York’s leading organization for Alzheimer’s and dementia caregiving. A visionary in elder care, she previously served as CEO of the Alzheimer’s Association’s Connecticut Chapter, doubling its revenue and launching statewide dementia training across 140 facilities. With 25+ years in senior care leadership, Eleonora created award-winning memory care programs and served as Chair of the Connecticut Assisted Living Association. Named to the Health Care Power 100 for four consecutive years, she continues to champion dignity, education, and innovation for families facing memory loss.
