Grace Chenxin Liu

Founder, Research to Empower (ReTE) | UNESCO-Endorsed Youth Leader

Grace Chenxin Liu is a globally recognized youth leader, researcher, author, and advocate for education and gender equity through STEM. She is the founder of Research to Empower (ReTE), the first student-led initiative endorsed by UNESCO under the UN Decade of Sciences for Sustainable Development. Grace has completed 17 research projects with institutions such as Princeton, MIT, Duke, and the New York Academy of Sciences, with peer-reviewed publications in behavioral and social sciences. A TEDx and United Nations speaker, she has received the Faces of Impact 100 honor, the ISEF Special Award, and the 2025 Bank of America Student Leader title. Her recognitions span the Bill of Rights Institute, WomenTech, and Riley’s Way Foundation. She serves in key youth advisory roles across global education, STEM, and policy platforms.
