Hazleen Ahmad is a global impact investor, neurodiversity advocate, and advisor with over three decades of leadership experience across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. She works at the intersection of applied neuroscience, inclusive leadership, and sustainable innovation, helping organizations translate research and lived experience into actionable strategies that drive systemic change.
She serves as Deputy CEO of the Institute of Neurodiversity (ION) Global and Chair of ION Singapore, where she leads initiatives that position inclusion as a strategic imperative for resilience, innovation, and long-term value creation. Through her work with the Institute, Hazleen advises businesses, policymakers, and global leaders on building inclusive ecosystems that empower neurodiverse talent and enhance organizational performance.
Hazleen is the founder of Hazleen Ahmad Global Impact Ventures, a women-led think tank and trust fund supporting women- and youth-led innovation worldwide. An active global speaker, she has participated in panels and engagements with organizations including the World Economic Forum, C4IR, the Pontifical Academy at the Vatican, Cambridge University, and corporations such as Schneider Electric, Cisco, and Microsoft.
