Heather Odendaal
Founder and CEO, WNORTH
Founded WNORTH in 2015 to close the gap between the number of women entering the leadership pipeline and the number who reach senior positions. What began as a single conference in Whistler has become a membership network spanning Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom, with summits in New York, London, Vancouver, and Toronto, and more than 400 events and 15,000 participants to date.
She is also founder and CEO of Bluebird, an event and destination management company in Western Canada, and worked on the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics.
Selected in 2025. Heather Odendaal joined the Board of Faces of Impact Foundation in 2026.
