Heather Odendaal is an award-winning Canadian entrepreneur, event producer, and advocate for women’s leadership. She is the Founder & CEO of WNORTH, a premier global membership network dedicated to bridging the gender power gap by supporting mid-career women on the path to senior leadership. Since founding WNORTH in 2015, Heather has grown the community to over 1,700 members and hosted 400+ events across North America and the U.K. She was named a 2022 Changemaker by The Globe and Mail’s Report on Business, a 2025 Top Female Founder by FoundersBeta, and one of Canada’s Most Influential Event Professionals by BizBash.
