Joseph Fowler is an internationally respected cultural leader with over two decades of experience shaping arts and performance programs across Europe and the Middle East. Currently Head of Arts & Culture at the World Economic Forum, he has led institutions such as Dubai Opera, Expo 2020, and the Comédie-Française. Joseph has collaborated with UNESCO, the UN, and leading global artists to champion culture as a force for unity and diplomacy. His creative leadership has earned honors including the Joan Lawson and Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Patron of the Arts Awards.
