Michael Sheldrick is an Australian policy entrepreneur, author, and the Co-Founder of Global Citizen, where he leads global policy, impact, and government affairs. Over the past decade, he has mobilized over $60 billion in commitments to end extreme poverty, drive climate justice, and advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Sheldrick has worked with world leaders, philanthropists, and global icons like Beyoncé, Rihanna, and Coldplay to produce large-scale campaigns including Mandela 100 and One World: Together At Home. His new book, From Ideas to Impact (Wiley, 2024), offers a blueprint for systemic change through policy entrepreneurship. A Columbia University professor and board member of the Ban Ki-moon Centre for Global Citizens, Sheldrick is a recognized voice in sustainable development and global collaboration.
