Richa Gupta is an educator, social entrepreneur, and the Co-Founder & CEO of Labhya Foundation, a globally acclaimed nonprofit that enables over 2.4 million vulnerable children in India to access social-emotional learning and overcome poverty. A UN SDG Young Leader and Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia honoree, Richa earned her Master’s in Education from Harvard, where she was a Ministerial Leadership and Equity Fellow. She is a DRK Entrepreneur, Mulago Rainer Fellow, and Rising Talent of the Women’s Forum. Richa serves on the board of UNICEF India and the Steering Committee of Karanga, a global alliance for SEL. Through Labhya, she partners with governments to embed wellbeing into education systems, shaping a future where every child can thrive.
