Vladimir Yossifov is a globally respected expert in intellectual property, innovation policy, and technology transfer. He served over 25 years at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), including as Director of Innovation Promotion and IP Infrastructure Development. Yossifov led programs supporting invention, patent information, and the global inventor recognition ecosystem. He has organized 400+ IP conferences across 80 countries and delivered 300+ lectures on patents, trademarks, licensing, and commercialization. A multilingual advisor and former Chair of the Lisbon Assembly, he continues to consult governments, universities, and industry leaders on innovation systems and intellectual property strategies.
